A logistics services provider operating in Italy is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR activities. This role involves managing HR functions across multiple legal entities and sites in Northern and Southern Italy. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, strong knowledge of Italian labor law, and hands-on experience with payroll processes. Key responsibilities include recruitment, compliance management, and workforce planning.

Competenze

• Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar senior HR role within multi-site organizations.
• Solid background in budgeting and compensation management.
• Experience managing multiple legal entities and complex organizational structures.
