Fendi in Rome is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to manage downstream supply chain activities for the entire WW Woman & Man business across the LG, Accessories, Shoes and RTW categories. Based in Rome, within the Supply Chain Department, the Demand Team ensures Timeless product availability in Retail and supports the brand's merchandise strategy.

Competenze

2-3 years’ experience in Project Management leadership in Supply Chain related fields.
Fashion and Luxury experience is a plus.
Fluent in English; French a plus.

Mansioni

Operational Coordination: support day-to-day activities, setting priorities when needed to address changes in business needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with Merchandising, Sales Planning and Supply Planning to ensure steady availability on timeless products and to proactively identify and assess potential risks.
Sales & Stock Projection Supervision: review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, supervise forecast and reorders evaluation to guarantee product availability.
Driving Catalogue efficiency: collaborate with other teams to define an efficient Timeless product catalogue in terms of stock and coverage.
Process Improvement: analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
