A leading manufacturer in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a resource for the Controlling Department to analyze efficiency and cost-effectiveness in operations. Responsibilities include reporting on cost control, monitoring expenditures, and drafting budget reports. Candidates should have 5-6 years of experience, fluency in English, knowledge of MS Office, and strong analytical skills. The position is based in Parma, Italy.

Mansioni

• Reporting and cost control operations monitoring expenditure trends against the budget estimate.
• Analyzing and recording cost accounting data labor cost, opex and forecasting.
• Monitoring and analyzing operating and management costs.
• Analyzing the trend of expense against the budget estimate.
• Drafting budget and forecast reports.
• Managing the approval flow of purchasing requests and periodic analysis of spending progress.
• Managing the approval flow of investments.

Conoscenze

5/6 years of experience in similar roles

Fluency in English language

Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

Accuracy, planning and organization

Problem solving

Good analytical skills

Formazione

Degree in Economics and related fields
