BeOne, a global oncology company, seeks a Manager, Corporate Affairs - Italy to shape communications, protect the company’s reputation, and strengthen external partnerships with policymakers and stakeholders. This role includes corporate communications, public affairs, and strategic positioning in a regulated environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Political Science, Public Affairs, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Communication and Government Affairs in pharmaceutical/healthcare.
• Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem, regulatory environment, and policy dynamics.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication strategy development.
• Excellent writing and content development in English (and local language).

Mansioni

• Corporate Communications Support development and execute internal and external communication plans.
• Draft, edit, and manage corporate materials including press releases, key messages, Q&As, speeches, and presentations.
• Ensure message consistency across channels and functions.
• Manage content for corporate digital channels (website, LinkedIn).
• Support crisis communication preparedness and response with leadership.
• Coordinate communication activities for events, media engagement and external initiatives.
• Public Affairs & Stakeholder Engagement support policy dialogue with policymakers and institutional stakeholders.
• Assist in alignment on policy shifts and emerging trends.
• Translate complex external developments into actionable insights for positioning.
• Support initiatives reinforcing BeOne’s credibility as a trusted healthcare partner.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Commercial, HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to align messaging.
• Provide strategic communication support for corporate programs and organizational changes.
