Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to lead a retail team, oversee daily store operations, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves staffing, training, and evaluating employees, while maintaining inventory accuracy and proper cash handling.

Strong leadership, communication, and compliance with store policies are essential. High school diploma preferred; retail management experience is a plus. Position based in Savona area, with standard store hours.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Experience managing a retail store or team is preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret documents and follow procedures.

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and staff the store.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations and address performance gaps.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and store opening/closing.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and loss prevention.
• Maintain inventory, merchandising, pricing and signage.
