STORE DIRECTOR / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / ROME

Responsibilities:

• Contributes to defining and executing store business strategies by supporting the Store Manager in aligning local initiatives with overall brand objectives.
• Reviews sales results, KPIs, and performance indicators to inform strategic decisions and guide actionable improvement plans.
• Keeps track of market dynamics and competitors to spot potential growth opportunities and support commercial development.
• Applies clienteling practices to capture and use client insights, strengthening customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Helps ensure seamless daily store operations, supporting the Store Manager in maintaining high standards and consistent policy compliance.
• Participates in building and developing a high-performing team by coaching and training staff, with a particular focus on empowering middle management on the shop floor.
