A leading luxury brand in Rome is seeking a Stock Keeper. You will manage product delivery and stock accuracy while supporting the selling process. Ideal candidates should have at least two years of experience and a higher education diploma. Proficiency in Excel and a good knowledge of English are essential, while knowledge of SAP is a plus.

• At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Fashion & Luxury.
• Organized and detail-oriented individual.

Mansioni

• Manage, receive, and deliver products and supplies efficiently.
• Ensure permanent accuracy of stock and perform cycle counts.
• Supervise stockroom organization and on-the-floor stocks.

Overview

Giorgio Armani S.p.a. – Within the Armani Exchange store in Rome, you will join the team as Stock Keeper. In particular, you will reflect the brand philosophy and be characterised by professionalism, attention to detail and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage, receive and deliver products and supplies correctly, ensuring an efficient process
• Ensure permanent accuracy of stock within the store and organize weekly/monthly cycle counts
• Ensure efficient organization of stockroom and on-the-floor stocks and supervise an impeccable state at any stage
• Support the team in the selling process, ensuring an outstanding client experience
• Provide smooth handling of omnichannel orders
• Efficiently manage returns, ad hoc and half-yearly inventories

Requirements

Must have skills:

• At least two years of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry
• Higher education diploma
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Organized, with great attention for details
• Team spirit
• Good knowledge of English

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge of SAP
