Sephora Italy in Torino via Roma is seeking a Stock Assistant to support daily store operations, manage the stockroom, receive and arrange deliveries, and help maintain inventory accuracy.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure smooth stock flow, assist the Store Manager and Specialists, and contribute to achieving store objectives while delivering a positive customer experience.

As a Stock Assistant, and a valued member of the Torino via Roma team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Supporting the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Contributing to create a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization .
• Organizing and managing the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
• Receiving incoming goods and preparing outgoing goods.
• Handling goods within the store and be responsible for the organization of the stockroom of the store.
• Managing the inventory and stock verification.
• Fostering a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
• Contributing actively in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
