Takeda in Pisa, Italy is seeking a Maintenance Engineer with a focus on sterile filling equipment and isolator technology. You will liaise between Maintenance and Process Engineering to ensure reliability and compliance, supporting troubleshooting, CAPA and continuous improvement within EHS and data integrity requirements.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in pharmaceutical process/maintenance engineering and fluent English, with a structured, field-oriented problem-solving mindset and strong

Competenze

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Automation, Pharmaceutical or related Engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant pharmaceutical process/maintenance engineering experience.
• Process-engineering background or experience in sterile filling operations and isolator technology preferred.
• Structured troubleshooting and field-oriented problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent in English
• Prioritization and project-management skills
• Ability to manage simultaneous activities, competing priorities, and challenges
• Ability to influence through technical competence, collaboration and clear communication.

Mansioni

• Provide maintenance engineering support for sterile filling lines and isolator systems.
• Act as interface between Maintenance and Process Engineering to improve equipment reliability.
• Assist with troubleshooting, RCA, CAPA, and continuous improvement per EHS, GMP and Data Integrity.
• Support spare-parts management and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise suppliers and contractors for maintenance activities.
• Use data analytics to improve OEE of filling line.
