AFV Acciaierie Beltrame S.p.A. in Vicenza, Italy, is seeking a Steelworks Production Operative to join the Steelworks department, working in a three‑shift rota under a foreman to operate and adjust production machinery.

You will contribute to safe, efficient production in a team-based environment, with access to on-site training, a digital academy, and various employee services to support skills development and wellbeing.

Competenze

• Availability for 3 shifts in a continuous cycle (3:1)
• Initiative, flexibility and a willingness to work as part of a team

Salary framework Level D2 (CCNL Metalworking Industry) | €30,845 + Result-based bonus

Steelworks Production Operative

Candidates will be placed within operational teams in the Steelworks department, working alongside colleagues under the supervision of a foreman on a continuous three-shift rota.

Duties / Responsibilities

Tasks relating to the operation and adjustment of production machinery and equipment within the Steelworks department, in compliance with health and safety and environmental regulations.
