Mansioni

• Manage and supervise all operational activities within the station and hangars.
• Monitor the condition of facilities, tools, and equipment.
• Oversee staff competencies, including On-the-Job Training (OJT).
• Coordinate the personnel assessment process with Quality Assurance and Planning.
• Ensure optimal use and maintenance of resources and tools.
• Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions.
