What You’ll Do

• Talk to Customers: Drive research, interviews, and data collection to validate real pain points.
• Shape the Business: Develop and refine business models, go-to-market strategies, and growth roadmaps.
• Lead the Venture: Operate the project day-to-day, assembling a small, high-performing team.
• Own the Outcome: Take the concept to spinout stage — with the opportunity to become Founding CEO of the new venture.
• Collaborate Deeply: Work alongside Base360.ai’s in‑house product, AI, design, and growth teams to accelerate progress.
