ITT is seeking a motivated intern to join the Technical Office / OE Team in Barge (CN) for a paid internship. The role involves supporting daily operations, updating technical drawings, managing data, and archiving documents within a structured multinational manufacturing environment.

The intern will gain hands-on experience with technical documentation, software tools, and cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Purchasing, Project Management, R&D and Production.

Competenze

• Diploma or technical background in mechanical/industrial design fields is required.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with 2D drawings and AutoCAD preferred.
• Knowledge of Vault and SAP is a plus.

• Update and maintain technical code tables and related documentation.
• Assist with updating and managing technical drawings.
• Archive and organize project documents and files.
• Support data entry and document management activities.
• Collaborate with the reference team in daily operations.
• Prepare and update internal documentation as needed.
• Use Excel and dedicated software tools to organize information.
• Assist with technical documentation and internal process flows.

What is your role?

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Technical Office / OE Team in Barge (CN) for a paid internship.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the technical and automotive fields, eager to gain hands‑on experience in a structured multinational manufacturing environment.

The intern will support the team in daily operational activities related to technical documentation, drawing updates, code management and document archiving. The role will allow the candidate to develop practical skills in technical data management, use of dedicated software tools and cross‑functional collaboration within the organization.

Responsabilità essenziali

The intern will support the Technical Office / OE Team in the following activities:

• Update and maintain technical code tables and related documentation;
• Support the update and management of technical drawings;
• Archive and organize technical documents and project‑related files;
• Support data entry and document management activities;
• Collaborate with the reference team in daily operational activities;
• Support the preparation and update of internal documentation;
• Use Excel and technical software tools to manage and organize information;
• Support activities related to technical documentation and internal process flows;
• Interact, when needed, with internal functions such as Quality, Purchasing, Project Management, R&D and Production.

Requisiti di posizione

What will make you our perfect match?

• High school diploma or technical background in Mechanical, Industrial, Technical Design or similar fields;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with particular focus on Excel;
• Good knowledge of 2D technical drawing;
• Knowledge of AutoDesk AutoCAD;
• Knowledge of AutoDesk Vault will be considered a plus;
• Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Teamwork, flexibility and willingness to learn;
• Knowledge of written and spoken English.
