Trussardi Milano S.p.A. cerca uno/a stagista per il ruolo di Jr Commercial Analyst presso la sede di Milano, con modello ibrido. L'opportunità è di 6 mesi a tempo pieno, orientata all'analisi commerciale e allo sviluppo di strumenti analitici.

In collaborazione con il Senior Commercial Analyst e i team di Wholesale, Product, Merchandising e Finance, si monitorano KPI, si raccolgono e si trasformano dati in insight operativi, supportando decisioni strategiche e dashboarding.

Competenze

• Laurea o studi in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o Economia Aziendale.
• Solida attitudine all'analisi dei dati e ai numeri di business.
• Ottima conoscenza Excel; familiarità con Power BI/Tableau è un plus.
• Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e proattività.
• Buone capacità organizzative e comunicative.

Mansioni

• Supporto al collection, organizzazione e analisi dei dati vendita all'ingrosso.
• Monitoraggio KPI come ricavi, ordini, scorte e sell-through.
• Preparazione di report e presentazioni per il team commerciale e la direzione.
• Supporto al tracking quotidiano delle performance rispetto al budget.
• Creazione e manutenzione di dashboard e strumenti analitici.
• Collabora con team cross-funzionali per allineare performance e obiettivi.
• Gestione agenda dei responsabili territoriali e pianificazione commerciale.
• Analisi ad hoc e progetti speciali legati alla performance.

STAGE JR COMMERCIAL ANALYST

As a Jr Commercial Analyst Intern, you will support the Commercial team in monitoring business performance and developing analytical tools to support strategic decisions. Working closely to the Senior Commercial Analyst you will collaborate with the Wholesale Commercial team and cross-functional departments including Product, Merchandising, and Finance.

This internship represents an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial analysis within an international fashion environment.

Your Mission

Your mission will be to support the team in transforming data into actionable insights, contributing to the monitoring of business performance and the development of effective commercial strategies.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the collection, organization, and analysis of wholesale sales data.


• Monitor key business KPIs such as revenue, orders, stock levels, sell-through performance.


• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the commercial team and management.


• Support daily performance tracking versus budget targets.


• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of dashboards and analytical tools.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between commercial performance and business objectives.


• Support the management of area managers’ appointment calendars and commercial planning activities.


• Assist in ad hoc analyses and special projects related to business performance.

Requirements

• Degree or ongoing studies in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related analytical fields.


• Strong analytical mindset and passion for numbers and business analysis.


• Excellent knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is considered a plus.


• Precision, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.


• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Fluency in English and Italian.


• Previous internship experience in fashion, retail, consulting with analytical role will be considered as a plus.
