For our office in Milan, we are looking for a Stage Marketing - BU Primary & Specialty Care to join our dynamic, international environment. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a leading biopharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities
  • Support in the execution of the marketing plan and the communication models for Ciclo / Canvass, interacting with the Sales Department (ISF Channel and Pharmacies), with Trade & Go to Market and with the Medical Affairs Department;
  • Support in the definition and creation of promotional materials, focusing on positioning, claims, reference targets, needs, to enhance brand equity;
  • Support in the activities related to the implementation of the communication plans / actions defined and approved for the promotion of the Primary & Specialty Care Business Unit brands and where required by interacting with the Agencies and evaluating in agreement with the Brand Manager of reference ideas creative and communication and advertising actions proposed;
  • Support the team in setting up the launch plan of new products;
  • Support in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the market, trends and competitiveness related to the brands of the Primary & Specialty Care Business Unit, analyzing historical data, data provided by research institutes and data from market research;
  • Support in monitoring competitors and market trends, in order to identify potential areas to invest in, based on consumer needs and spending habits;
  • Support in periodic monitoring of BU Primary & Specialty Care brand development.
Qualifications
  • Degree in economics or scientific subjects.
Required Skills
  • Languages : Italian and English (fluent);
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • Strong analytical skills.
