Stage Investimenti Diretti – Infrastrutture e Telecomunicazioni

CDP Equity is looking for a student to join the “Investimenti e Gestione Partecipazioni” structure, specifically the “Infrastrutture e Telecomunicazioni” team, supporting investment and portfolio company management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor periodical performance of portfolio companies’ operations, highlighting criticalities and opportunities.
• Support internal stakeholders—including CDP/Equity board members—in budget/business‑plan analysis and documentation for board and committee meetings.
• Prepare data and analysis for periodic meetings with the management of portfolio companies.
• Analyze sectors and market segments to identify new investment opportunities.
• Support investment evaluation through business plans, financial and commercial analysis.
• Assist the team in due‑diligence processes and risk/opportunity assessment.
• Help prepare negotiation meetings with counterparties.
• Coordinate with consultants/advisors.
• Prepare documentation for internal committees and board meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related field.
• Preferably a previous internship in the finance sector, consulting, banking, or investment funds.
• Excellent knowledge of English, Office Suite, and preferably Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or Factset.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relational skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability to diverse tasks and priorities.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Team‑working attitude.
