Overview

Intern in Product Management (Italy & East Adriatic). ROCKWOOL Italia is looking for a motivated and curious Post‑Graduate Intern to support the Head of Product Management for Italy and East Adriatic, who oversees the assigned product portfolio and coordinates all related initiatives in close collaboration with functions across the organization. Our product range covers the full portfolio of building insulation solutions for the local markets, including internal insulation, façades, roofing systems, and HVAC & Fire Protection applications. The role provides the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute in a dynamic international environment by supporting ROCKWOOL’s innovative insulation solutions that combine high-quality performance with environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the analysis and monitoring of the Italian insulation and construction markets, including competitor overview, customer needs, and market trends, to help define and implement product strategies
• Assisting in product portfolio management and development: tracking performance, launching new products, and phasing out selected ones in alignment with the sales team
• Supporting the introduction of new products for specific projects, in coordination with the technical and sales departments
• Contributing to the creation and revision of content for product positioning and value propositions
• Preparing presentations for internal meetings and external events
• Assisting with project management activities, including KPI tracking, budget monitoring, and timeline management
• Managing and updating product information in the PIM (Product Information Management) database, ensuring accurate data across all channels

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong digital skills
