A leading international healthcare company is seeking an intern for Knowledge Management (MSAT) at its Latina, Italy plant. The role involves supporting the core team, creating and updating knowledge repositories, implementing AI capabilities, and producing technical documentation. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in pharmacy or related fields, strong teamwork, organizational skills, and be proficient in Italian and English.

Stage in Knowledge Management (MSAT) – Intern

At Johnson & Johnson, we believe health is everything. We are looking for an intern in the MSAT Knowledge Management Team at the Latina, Italy plant.

Internship Responsibilities:

• Support the MSAT Knowledge Management core team and its base business.
• Create and update Microsoft SharePoint-based knowledge repositories.
• Update and facilitate continuous improvement of the MSAT Knowledge Center.
• Implement Artificial Intelligence capabilities in the existing MSAT Knowledge Center.
• Create and update information repository and information exchange platforms.
• Produce technical writing.
• Monitor existing metrics and create new metrics using informatic tools.
• Develop Knowledge Management communication campaigns.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in pharmacy, medical chemistry (CTF), chemistry, or engineering.
• Good ownership and accountability skills.
• Strong teamwork and relationship management capabilities.
• Organizational skills.
• Experience building Microsoft SharePoint (coding capabilities are a plus).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence platforms.
• Proficiency in Italian.
• Fluency in English.
• Additional spoken/written languages are a plus.
