Stage Position

We are looking for young talents to undertake a 6‑month internship with the prospect of permanent employment. The internship is a full‑time training programme. The first month is dedicated to intensive training to provide you with the core skills and confidence to handle operational tasks. You will be supervised by experienced mentors and learn to become independent in your role.

Possible Assignments
  • Payroll: Support the team in processing and reviewing payroll, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
  • Presences: Contribute to accurate provision of presence‑tracking service for assigned client companies.
  • Technical: Provide remote assistance on the Zucchetti application and troubleshoot technical issues with the reference team.
  • Administrative Practices: Assist in drafting contractual documents and managing employee‑cycle practices from hiring to termination.
Requirements and Technical Skills
  • Diploma or university degree in Economics, Law, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Excellent productivity with the Office suite.
  • Good English language skills.
