A hospitality company in Catania is looking for an intern for its Administration Department. You will participate in invoice management, accounting records, and support for credit collection. OPPORTUNITY FOR INTERNSHIP - ADMINISTRATION

Russotti Gestioni Hotels Spa islooking for an intern in the Administration Department at the Delta Hotels Marriott Giardini Naxos.

Main activities

During the internship period, the intern will have the opportunity to explore the following issues:

• checking, issuing and sending active invoices;
• invoice accounting records;
• debit control;
• preparation of tourist tax returns;
• support for credit collection activities;
• support the tutor for the administrative and accounting procedures related to the garage.
  
  
  

Requirements

• graduation in accounting and/or bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, Finance and Marketing or similar (master degrees will represents a plus);
• fluent knowledge of the English language;
• predisposition to interpersonal relationships and spirit of service;
• a previous experience in the hospitality industry will be appreciated.
  
  
  

We are checking for someone with a good standing and a predisposition to the customer care.

The internship will last six months and there will be a monthly reimbursement
