Deel is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join the Design System team. You will drive the development and adoption of a best-in-class design system, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accessible, scalable experiences across Deel’s products.

You will own system evolution, mentor designers, and push for reusable solutions—balancing craft with operational efficiency to accelerate delivery and elevate quality.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of experience in Product Design with at least 4 years focused on design systems at scale.
• Strong portfolio showcasing system‑level thinking and component design for complex digital products.
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards, usability principles, and responsive design across web and mobile.

Mansioni

• Design System Ownership: Lead the evolution, documentation, and adoption of Deel’s design system across web and mobile platforms.
• Technical Component Strategy & Architecture: Develop reusable components and data grids, form builders, and navigational patterns.
• Engineer Collaboration & Design Operations: Improve collaboration tools, linting systems, and design token automation.
• Mentorship & Influence: Mentor designers, promote system thinking, and align system strategy with product goals.
