Micron Technology, Arzano, Italy, is seeking a Firmware Test and Product Test Engineer to define and test SSD firmware validation strategies for datacenter applications. You will collaborate with product development teams, work with AI-enabled tools, and contribute to industry-leading storage solutions.

The role requires a Master’s degree in computer/electronic engineering, strong C and Python skills, excellent English communication, and willingness to travel internationally.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven programming skills in C and Python.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Mansioni

• Build and develop validation tests for SSD firmware used in datacenter applications.
• Partner with firmware, hardware, and product teams to translate requirements into validation coverage.
• Create, execute, and analyze test plans across the development lifecycle to ensure robustness.
• Use C, Python, and automation frameworks to speed up bug finding and support root-cause analysis.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate test creation and validation methodologies.
