A Senior Manufacturing Technical Manager in the Leo Customer Terminal Engineering organization will understand customer desires, technology, and business opportunities to design and deliver Customer Terminals to a diverse set of aviation customers. You understand key problems and analyze multiple solutions working cross functionally to produce the most power efficient, cost effective, technically advanced, lowest cost manufacturing assembly and test, and scalable Customer Terminal available in the market. A Senior Manufacturing Technical Manager provides the global vision, rationale, and recommendations to leadership teams for challenging technical issues related to Customer Terminal manufacturing while working on continually improving manufacturing assembly and test each year.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,600 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
