As the Senior Manager Manufacturing Operations for Caterpillar Fluid Systems, supporting two locations for both hose manufacturing and hose assembly located in Frosinone and Atessa (Ch), and part of Caterpillar\'s Integrated Components Division you will oversee and direct daily plant operations including production and manufacturing, maintenance, engineering support, safety, regulatory compliance, distribution and warehousing. You will also oversee Administrative offices located in Cernusco Sul Naviglio (Milan).
Budgeting: Knowledge of organization\'s budget process; ability to apply policies and practices for planning and administering a budget.

• Uses organization\'s preferred budgeting software tools.
• Compares planned budgets vs. actual expenditures, identifies, reports, and explains variances.
• Works with business managers to create appropriate budget amounts.
• Participates in developing budget adjustment procedures and practices.
• Develops and manages large and important budgets.
• Evaluates past business decisions and associated budgetary considerations and impact.
Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.
