A leading fashion company in Milan is looking for a dedicated team member to join their Ticketing Team. In this role, you will manage ticket sales, assist in subscription campaigns, and support various ticketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a degree and strong knowledge of ticketing systems, along with proficiency in English and Italian. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. This position offers a collaborative environment fostering growth and diversity.

Competenze

• Degree required, preferably in a related field.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems is essential.
• Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are needed.

Mansioni

• Provide support in the sale of subscriptions and match tickets.
• Assist with issuing and managing service passes.
• Contribute to the planning of subscription campaigns.
• Manage ticket sales at the box office during matches.
• Support the development of match packages and ticketing initiatives.
• Assist with reporting and data analysis activities.
• Contribute ideas and projects within the Ticketing department.

Conoscenze

Knowledge of ticketing systems

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Fluency in both Italian and English
