A leading international organization is seeking Adult Learning Experts to join their expert pool for European Training Foundation projects. Candidates should have extensive experience in adult learning, with specific requirements based on categories (Cat. I, II, III). A Master's Degree or higher and proficiency in English are essential. Inclusion in the expert pool opens access to future project opportunities.

Competenze

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in adult learning for Cat.I experts.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years in adult learning for Cat.II experts.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in adult learning for Cat.III experts.

Conoscenze

Expertise in adult learning

Very good command of English

Formazione

About the Opportunity

We are creating a pool of Adult Learning Experts for European Training Foundation (ETF) projects in Europe. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 10 years related to adult learning for Cat.I experts
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 7 years related to adult learning for Cat.II experts
• At least 5 years relevant professional experience of which at least 5 years related to adult learning for Cat.III experts
• Very good command of English
