A European training organization is seeking Adult Learning Experts for future projects. Candidates with extensive experience in adult learning, particularly those with a Master's Degree or higher, are encouraged to apply. This role provides access to future project assignments without immediate placement guarantees.

Competenze

• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience for Cat.I experts.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience for Cat.II experts.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience for Cat.III experts.

About the Opportunity

We are creating a pool of Adult Learning Experts for European Training Foundation (ETF) projects in Europe. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 10 years related to adult learning for Cat.I experts
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 7 years related to adult learning for Cat.II experts
• At least 5 years relevant professional experience of which at least 5 years related to adult learning for Cat.III experts
• Very good command of English
