Role Purpose

Execute site-specific relocation plans through collaboration with Space Planners Facility Managers Move Vendors and local lines of business representatives adhering to quality and best practice methodologies.

What this job involves

Moves Adds Changes :

• Provide a single point of contact for all move management activities
• Own relationships with MAC and related suppliers including procurement communications planning and performance management
• Ensure all move management activities are performed consistent with documented processes schedule and budget ensuring client satisfaction
• Collaborate with Space Planners Facility Managers Project Managers and Construction Managers to establish move project goals and objectives
• Execute relocation and migration projects within CAFM / IWMS technology
• Administer all finance processes with MAC suppliers and contribute to site FM's budget and forecasting exercises
• Ensure all project initiation execution and closeout documentation are complete
• Manage employee communications for moves and projects
• Report on churn cost metrics post-move surveys and volumetric move data
• Report on project status and update tracking maintaining files for due diligence and financials

Space Data Management :

• Ensure data accuracy within Space technology for assigned locations
• Manage new hire and internal transfer assignments within CAFM system
• Conduct data audits within business and technological systems
• Perform physical auditing of spaces for changes and work with Space Data Managers for updates
• Perform data input into SPACE to maintain accurate occupancy information
• Communicate floor plan changes to Space Data Management team

Customer Engagement :

• Interact with customers identify their needs and provide ad-hoc MAC support
• Survey service quality gather feedback and follow up on customer challenges and benefits
• Resolve customer tickets in a timely manner
• Ensure great customer experience throughout service provided

Other Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in planning meetings hosted by the client Occupancy & Space Planning and other key stakeholders
• Coordinate asset data for FF&E (furniture fixtures & equipment) via 3rd party
• Update Directory and Evacuation Site Plans
• Assist in managing locker assignments in tandem with local FM teams

Eseguire i piani di trasferimento specifici per sito attraverso la collaborazione con Space Planner Facility Manager fornitori di traslochi e rappresentanti delle linee di business locali aderendo alle metodologie di qualità e alle migliori pratiche.

Cosa include questo lavoro

• Trasferimenti Aggiunte Modifiche (MAC) : Fornire un unico punto di contatto per tutte le attività di gestione trasferimenti
• Gestire le relazioni con fornitori MAC e correlati inclusi approvvigionamento comunicazioni pianificazione e gestione delle performance
• Assicurare che tutte le attività di gestione trasferimenti siano eseguite coerentemente con processi documentati programmi e budget garantendo la soddisfazione della clientela
• Collaborare con Space Planner Facility Manager Project Manager e Construction Manager per stabilire obiettivi e traguardi dei progetti di trasferimento
• Eseguire progetti di trasferimento e migrazione all'interno della tecnologia CAFM / IWMS
• Amministrare tutti i processi finanziari con i fornitori MAC e contribuire agli esercizi di budget e previsioni del FM del sito
• Assicurare che tutta la documentazione di avvio esecuzione e chiusura del progetto sia completa
• Gestire le comunicazioni del personale per trasferimenti e progetti
• Rendicontare su turnover metriche dei costi sondaggi post-trasferimento e dati volumetrici dei trasferimenti
• Rendicontare sullo stato del progetto e aggiornare il monitoraggio mantenendo i file per due diligence e aspetti finanziari

Gestione Dati Spazi :

• Assicurare laccuratezza dei dati nella tecnologia Space per le ubicazioni assegnate
• Gestire le assegnazioni di nuove assunzioni e trasferimenti interni nel sistema CAFM
• Condurre audit dei dati nei sistemi aziendali e tecnologici
• Eseguire audit fisici degli spazi per modifiche e lavorare con i Space Data Manager per gli aggiornamenti
• Eseguire l'inserimento dati in SPACE per mantenere informazioni accurate sulloccupazione
• Comunicare le modifiche delle planimetrie al team di Space Data Management

Coinvolgimento della Clientela

• Interagire con la clientela identificare le loro esigenze e fornire supporto MAC ad-hoc
• Sondare la qualità del servizio raccogliere feedback e seguire le sfide e i benefici della clientela
• Risolvere i ticket della clientela in modo tempestivo
• Assicurare un ottima esperienza della clientela durante tutto il servizio fornito

Altre Responsabilità Chiave

• Partecipare alle riunioni di pianificazione ospitate dalla clientela Occupancy & Space Planning e altri stakeholder chiave
• Coordinare i dati degli asset per FF&E (mobili accessori e attrezzature) tramite terze parti
• Aggiornare i Piani del Sito per Directory ed Evacuazione
• Assistere nella gestione dellassegnazione degli armadietti in collaborazione con i team FM locali
