Job summary

Thales Alenia Space is seeking a Cyber Security Authority for TAS-I to lead cybersecurity governance across bids and projects. You will shape the cybersecurity policy roadmap, assess risks and drive remediation actions with engineering, procurement and supplier teams.

The role requires 5+ years in defence/aerospace cyber security and a Master’s or Engineer degree. Based in Piemonte, it offers a permanent contract and close collaboration with global security teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Engineer or Master’s Degree with minimum 5 years in consulting, tech services, cybersecurity and IT/OT security.
• Experience: Defence and Aerospace Industry exposure in Navigation, Telecommunication, Earth Observation or Space Exploration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cybersecurity risks across products, projects and services during early capture, bid and development phases.
• Define cybersecurity policy roadmap and related KPIs; report risks and KPI to leadership.
• Audit and remediation support with suppliers, customers and internal teams; ensure compliance with group policies and TAS security instructions.
• Participate in technical reviews and validate the cybersecurity aspects of bids and solutions.
