A global food company is looking for a highly skilled Solution & Test Designer to join its IT team in Alba, Italy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud implementations and will lead the design and development of high-quality e-commerce solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, coaching developers, and ensuring seamless integration of systems. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of documentation and quality assurance.
We are looking for a highly skilled Solution & Test Designer to join our global IT team, focusing on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) implementations for B2B and PIM. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality e-commerce solutions.
You will collaborate with development teams and client stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy SAP Commerce Cloud solutions. You will lead solution workshops and provide architectural guidance for complex B2B and PIM implementations. You will design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that meet client requirements.
You will coach and mentor a team of external developers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. You will drive full lifecycle implementations, from requirements gathering and engineering to architecture design, development, testing, and deployment. You will ensure seamless integration with various systems using REST APIs, OData, SOA, and headless commerce architecture. You will provide architecture recommendations, conduct code reviews, and manage solution upgrades. You will maintain high standards of documentation, testing, and quality assurance.
You will represent the company in technical discussions with clients and partners. You will guide and support an ITIL-based support organization at Level 3. You will perform third-level support for running applications in collaboration with second-level support teams. You will manage major and minor upgrades of the current global platforms, coordinate with stakeholders, and work with Service Management to achieve service level targets.
