Have IT experience and want to grow in designing modern application and architectural solutions? You will join PLAS – Platform Architecture Strategy, the BIP value line dedicated to Enterprise Architecture.

Work on challenging projects for large organizations, contributing to end‑to‑end scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that enable digital transformation of business processes and services.

Your Challenge

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate functional and non‑functional requirements into application and infrastructure solutions.
• Support enterprise solution design that integrates legacy systems, cloud platforms, and modern API, event, and microservices architectures.
• Contribute to the adoption of innovative technologies, including AI models and data‑driven solutions, to enable new operating models and improve efficiency.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams on application modernization, data architecture, and hybrid cloud ecosystem design.
• Participate in defining reference architecture, technology blueprints, and guidelines for solution development and deployment.

Your Profile

• 1—4 years in IT, preferably in consulting, system integration, or structured corporate environments, involved in designing or evolving application architectures, preferably distributed or microservices.
• Knowledge of heterogeneous application architectures and integration paradigms (API, microservices, event‑driven, EAI/ESB/SOA).
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployment models (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher).
• Understanding of application deployment infrastructure, networking, and VM management.
• Experience with Java/Spring, .NET, Python or JavaScript (React/Angular) solutions.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and principles of application lifecycle automation (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD).
• Interest in data solution design, evaluating relational or NoSQL databases, data architecture principles, data modernization, and modern data ecosystem tools (Snowflake, Fabric, Databricks, Kafka).
• Comprehension of scalable, secure, and maintainable solution design in enterprise contexts.
• Familiarity with architectural modeling methods (C4, diagram‑as‑code, Archimate) and tools (Structurizr, Draw.io, Lucidchart, Enterprise Architect).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and curiosity for emerging technologies (Generative AI, LLM, ML).
• Good communication skills and effective collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
• Organizational skills, adaptability, and structured work approach in dynamic contexts.
• Fluent in English.

• Certification in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF® Foundation).
• Cloud foundational or associate certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• AI and Data certifications (AI/ML Fundamentals, SnowPro, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric).
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD).
• DevOps certifications (DevOps Foundation).
