• Handle customer communications on delivery, invoicing, and payments.
• Prepare reports on shipments, forecasts, and performance.
• Issue commercial invoices and monitor payment flows.
• Oversee credit insurance and mitigate payment risks.
• Collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence.
