Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain existing software applications to ensure performance, reliability, and stability over time
• Identify, analyze and resolve software issues, bugs, and incidents in collaboration with development and operations teams
• Manage and prioritize maintenance tickets and improvement requests from internal stakeholders
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues and improve system robustness
• Document maintenance activities
• Participate in technology upgrades and refactoring initiatives to keep software up-to-date and aligned with best practices
