In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Your role and responsibilities

As a Power Platform Architect, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise‑level solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform. Acting as a technical leader, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performing technical solutions. You will also manage and coordinate international project teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and best practices.

Required education

Technical Diploma

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Design and architect comprehensive Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) that integrate seamlessly with external systems and enterprise applications
• Provide hands‑on expertise in Power Automate development, including complex workflows and cloud flows
• Design and implement model‑driven applications with advanced customization and configuration
• Deep understanding of dataflows, data integration patterns, and ETL processes
• Solid knowledge of API integration, REST/SOAP services, and middleware solutions
• Proven team leadership experience, including managing remote and international development teams

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform
