STAM is seeking a Software Engineer/Developer to join our Genoa office within the Digital Solutions Business Area. The role covers frontend and backend development for web-based solutions, with opportunity to contribute to proposals in RD&I activities.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or computer science and up to two years of IT project experience across energy, infrastructure, or industry domains, with strong knowledge of Java or Python, HTML5/CSS3, and MySQL.

Competenze

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic, Energetic, Management, Computer, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Up to two (or more) years’ experience in IT projects in energy, infrastructure, or industry domain.
• Analysis and implementation of customer’s requirements for IT projects; System design architecture and integration for IT projects.
• Knowledge of testing activities and acceptance/qualification process; ability to create responsive web interfaces.
• Knowledge of Java or Python; Knowledge of MySQL (or other DB engines); Experience in HTML5, CSS3.
• Welcomed: experience in agile teams, Spring Framework, Angular, Wordpress/WooCommerce; knowledge of development, project management, and team communication tools (Gitlab, Jira, Trello/Asana, Slack).
• Welcomed: ML algorithms knowledge; good English and ability to draft project documentation.

Mansioni

STAM is looking for a Software Engineer/Developer to join its office in Genoa within STAM’s Digital Solutions Business Area.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated person, interested in the digital world at 360 degrees, willing to bring her/his own skills within the team and to gain further knowledge and skills related to development (frontend and backend) and design of web-based solutions, with involvement in:

• All the phases of the Software Development Life Cycle for the development of web-based solutions for their clients;
• Proposal preparation. Within the company’s RD&I activities, the SW Engineer will take part in the preparation of technical proposals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic, Energetic, Management, Computer, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Up to two (or more) years’ experience in:
• Involvement in IT projects in the energy, infrastructure, or industry domain;
• Analysis and implementation of customer’s requirements for IT projects;
• System design architecture and integration for IT projects;
• Knowledge of testing activities and acceptance/qualification process
• Good technical skillset:
  - Required: ability to create responsive web interfaces;
• Required: knowledge of Java or Python;
• Required: knowledge of MySql (or at least another database engine);
• Required: experience in HTML5, CSS3;
• Welcomed: experience in agile teams;
• Welcomed: knowledge of Spring Framework;
• Welcomed: knowledge of Angular;
• Welcomed: experience with Wordpress and Woocommerce;
• Welcomed: knowledge and usage of development, project management, and team communication tools: Gitlab, Jira, Trello (or Asana), Slack;
• Welcomed: some experience in developing web and advertising creativity (landing pages, mini sites, responsive HTML5 banners);
• Welcomed: knowledge of ML algorithms.
• Knowledge of testing and validation activities;
• Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail;
• Good knowledge of the English language and experience in drafting project documentation.

Indicative annual gross salary: 33-42K euro
