Allegro Pay is seeking a Software Engineer 1 (.NET) to join our Kraków team. The role focuses on developing scalable .NET solutions for a fintech platform used by millions, with hybrid work flexibility and generous remote options.

We value engineers who want to grow their skills, participate in code reviews, and contribute to a high-scale system. The position offers a competitive PLN salary and a yearly bonus based on performance.

Software Engineer 1 (.NET) - Allegro Pay

Salary: €11,200 - 15,250 monthly

Important things for you:

• Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.

• The salary range for this position depending on the skill set is as follows (contract of employment, tax-deductible cost):

  • PLN PLN 11 200 - 15 250

  • Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.

We are looking for people who:

• Have at least one year of experience in .NET as a Software Developer, including internships

• Are willing to learn how to design distributed system architecture

• Want to be proud of the code they write but also willing to accept feedback and share their knowledge during code reviews

• Can search for efficient solutions to meet users’ needs

• Are eager to continuously develop their skills and expand their knowledge

• Know English at B2 level

The following are also a plus:

• Knowledge of SQL, CosmosDB, Azure, Event Sourcing and Kubernetes
