Overview

As our Social Media and Influencer Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of Avon Italy’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll create engaging content, manage our online community, and collaborate with internal and global teams to ensure our brand voice is consistent and impactful. You’ll also drive influencer campaigns, support cross-functional marketing projects, and bring fresh ideas to life through video creation and digital storytelling. This role is based in Gallarate, with 2 office days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday).

What you’ll be doing

• Develop editorial plans and content calendars for social channels.
• Create and edit video content for social media and internal projects to drive engagement.
• Lead influencer marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Manage relationships with agencies and content creators.
• Collaborate with global teams to align on brand direction and performance reporting, tracking KPIs and optimizing performance.
• Support cross-functional initiatives like Gen Z recruitment and product recovery plans.
