Cross Borders Talents is seeking a Social Media Moderator (Italian) based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role focuses on monitoring social channels, enforcing platform rules, and removing harmful content to maintain a safe online space.

The position offers a 12-month temporary contract with potential renewal and a path to a permanent contract after two years. Training is provided with compensation, and private health insurance is provided after contract signature.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for content moderation.
• Experience in social media moderation is a plus.

This position is BASED IN LISBON, PORTTUGAL. Responsibilities:

• Content Monitoring:
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts.
  • Review user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform rules.
  • Identify and remove offensive, inappropriate, and harmful content.

Skills Required:

• Fluent in English and Italian
• Detail-oriented with an eye for content moderation.
• Temporary Contract:
  • Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal.
• Permanent Contract:
  • Permanent contract offered after 2 years.
• Private health insurance is provided after the contract signature.

Training:

• Training Period:
  • Compensation for the training period provided.
• Training Completion:
  • Successful completion leads to a work contract.

Working Hours:

• Work Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week,
    Operations hours: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 am to 06:00 pm.
• Holidays:
  • 22 days of annual leave based on Portuguese law.
• Holiday and Christmas bonuses equivalent to base salary.
