Position Summary

We're looking for a talented and proactive Social Media Content Creator with a flair for storytelling and strong project management skills. You'll be hands‑on with content creation — from ideation to delivery — while also managing briefs, timelines, and client relationships. This role will be based on‑site at our client's office in Rome, working closely with their internal marketing team and global stakeholders. If you love creating thumb‑stopping content, know your way around social trends, and can balance creativity with organization, this is the role for you. Supplying a portfolio (including social videos you have created) is a mandatory requirement when applying for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create fresh, engaging content — from concept to delivery — across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube (video, photo, copy)
  • Plan and manage content calendars in line with brand campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments
  • Shoot and edit agile, trend‑led content such as DIY, ASMR, recipes, or viral moments
  • Partner with internal teams, external agencies, and influencers to co‑create standout social campaigns
  • Monitor emerging trends, platform updates, and viral formats to keep brands ahead of the curve
  • Maintain a consistent voice and visual identity across all channels
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a reliable and creative point of contact
  • Manage briefs efficiently — prioritizing tasks, balancing workloads, and ensuring timely delivery of top‑quality assets
  • Use project management tools to organize, track, and report on deliverables and progress
Skills & Experience
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience creating content, ideally for consumer brands or in the FMCG sector
  • Proven track record in client‑facing roles, managing projects from brief to final delivery
  • Skilled in short‑form video creation and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, Canva, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of social culture, trends, and storytelling formats (especially Instagram Reels and TikTok)
  • Excellent creative eye for design, composition, and brand storytelling
  • Comfortable working within brand guidelines while adapting tone and visuals to each platform
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g. Notion, Asana, Monday, Trello) is appreciated
  • Skills in photography, animation, or motion graphics are appreciated
