We are excited to partner with a leading nonprofit organization within the travel and tourism industry and invite native level Italian Social Media Community Managers to engage with their audience.

To make social better for this client we are looking for native level Italian Social Media Community Managers to excite and engage with their audience.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

In this opportunity you will dive into the travel and tourism world and be an essential part of our team connecting with the brands audiences for the Italian markets. Youll:

  • Address customer inquiries and comments with context, ensuring each interaction is timely, professional, and resonates with the brands tone of voice.
  • Engage across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, keeping conversations vibrant and engaging.
  • Manage and grow an enthusiastic online community; moderate to maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment where consumers feel safe and respected.

Working Hours

We require mixed flexibility across weekdays, evenings and weekends to cover all possible project hours, driven by client needs. You must be available on both weekend days as a minimum. More details provided during process.

Child Protection

We place the protection of children at the heart of everything we do. All candidates must agree to a criminal background check and provide details for two professional referees at the point of accepting an offer of work.

Requirements

Excellent Italian language knowledge with superb writing skills in Italian. Advanced English language skills for training and communication conducted in English.

Background experience in engagement, social customer care and/or community management with a brand or digital agency.

Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and understanding their audiences, plus staying on top of latest trends.

Comfort with digital tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout) and internal tools (e.g., scheduling tools, Google Chat).

Interest in California culture and ability to learn the California brand and product offering.

Self-motivated, remote-friendly with a structured approach to work and the ability to maintain productivity from home.

IT Policy

We operate a BYOD policy. Your PC must meet the following requirements:

  • Operating system: Windows 11 / macOS 13 (Ventura) or higher with Admin credentials
  • At least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
  • Secure home-based broadband with minimum 20 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload recommended)
  • 40 GB available HDD (SSD recommended)
  • A webcam and headset
  • Android or iOS device for 2FA

Chromebook, Linux, and Cloud VMs are not supported. If you want to run a local VM, provide your computer specs and how you plan to use it. Use of a touchscreen monitor without a keyboard and mouse is not allowed.

Please Note : It is essential to have all IT requirements to qualify for the process and IT policy.
