Ruolo

Memesi ricerca un professionista senior con esperienza nello sviluppo del business nei settori del branding e della comunicazione.

È requisito fondamentale il possesso di un portafoglio clienti attivo, consolidato e coerente con i settori in cui Memesi opera, con la possibilità di integrarlo e svilupparlo all’interno dello studio.

Il valore di tale portafoglio sarà riconosciuto economicamente, attraverso una formula di compenso o profit sharing dedicata.

Il ruolo non si limita alla gestione del portafoglio esistente: la persona avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare nuove relazioni e generare nuovi clienti, contribuendo alla crescita complessiva dello studio con un approccio relazionale e strategico, in linea con lo stile e i valori di Memesi.

Responsabilità
  • Portare e valorizzare il proprio portafoglio clienti all’interno di Memesi.
  • Generare nuove opportunità e nuovi clienti.
  • Gestire relazioni di medio‑lungo periodo con aziende, istituzioni e partner commerciali.
  • Collaborare con il team per definire proposte, pitch e percorsi di crescita.
  • Contribuire allo sviluppo della visione commerciale dello studio.
Requisiti
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli di business development o direzione commerciale in ambiti affini (branding, comunicazione, design, marketing strategico).
  • Portafoglio clienti attivo e coerente con i settori di riferimento di Memesi.
  • Capacità di generare nuove relazioni e sviluppare business in modo autonomo e responsabile.
  • Attitudine consulenziale, sensibilità per il linguaggio visivo e strategico.
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
  • Conoscenza fluente dell’italiano e dell’inglese.

End User Territory Sales Representative (North Italy) - Diadora

Main responsibilities

We are looking for a brilliant and enterprising End User Territory Sales Representative (Lombardia, Verona, Vicenza, Trentino Alto Adige) to join Diadora Utility.

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the following activities:

FINANCIALS/STRATEGY
  • Responsible for sales results and other KPIs established in the budget in relations to the territory of competence.
  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential end users within assigned territory.

  • Work with Merchandising, product and Sales dept. for special products developments and SMU.
CRM
  • Work on SalesForce.com to identify leads and convert in accounts, explore opportunities to convert and execute in additional sales.
Key requirements
  • Proven experience working as a territory sales rep +3 years.
  • Familiarity with our industry (Safety PPE, Industrial products).
  • Experience with CRM software (SFDC).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Italian mother tongue; Good in English.
  • Spend time on the field (min. 70%).
  • Based in Bergamo, Brescia or Verona.
