A leading consultancy firm in Italy is seeking a non-key expert (FI Specialist) to support a project with the EIB. Candidates should have at least a Master’s Degree and over 8 years of experience in education finance. Fluency in English and Italian is required. The position has a start date of 1 December 2025 and a duration of 15 months.

Competenze

• At least Master’s Degree level or higher.
• Minimum 8 years in education finance and lifelong learning schemes.
• Experience designing student loan or skills voucher programmes.
• Understanding of labour-market up-skilling mechanisms.
• Very good command of English and Italian.

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the preparation of proposal for the EIB project : ESF+ ERDF EU wide market assessment studies for the 2028+ Programming Period and is searching for non-key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of the project is building on the long-standing cooperation between the EC and EIB, and the vast experience accumulated in the context of fi-compass on the implementation of FIs, the present assignment aims at providing support to the 27 EU MS and relevant MAs in the justification and design of FIs to be financed by EU funding instruments under shared management in the 2028+ programming period.

Start date: 1 December 2025.

Duration: 15 months
