A leading construction firm is seeking a Site Supervisor/Coordinator to manage construction projects in Latina, Italy. Responsibilities include planning and overseeing projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing budgets. Ideal candidates will have experience in construction project management and knowledge of ASME BPE standards relevant to the pharmaceutical field. This position offers a full-time contract with work starting ASAP until at least January 2026.

Site supervisor/coordinator

• Location: Latina, Italy
• Starting date and frequency: ASAP, 5 days per week (Saturday might be required occasionally), till January/February 2026, with possible extension till June 2026

Job Description

• Plan, organise and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with specifications, applicable codes and safety regulations.
• Develop detailed project schedules, including task sequencing, resource allocation and critical milestones, and monitor progress against established timelines, escalating in a timely manner.
• Oversee and coordinate all on‑site activities, including material procurement, subcontractor management and workforce allocation, to ensure effective execution.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing any deviations or potential risks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of site activities, progress reports, change orders and as‑built drawings.
• Collaborate closely with clients, being the project manager's eye on‑site, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Foster a positive work environment, providing leadership, guidance and support to the team and encouraging productivity.
• Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts during construction, implementing appropriate solutions and escalating when necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends, construction technologies and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Client is operating in the pharmaceutical field, so candidates shall have knowledge of ASME BPE standards and EN13445/13480 and ASME B31.3/ASME VIIId1 standards.
