Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. seeks a seasoned Site Quality Engineer to lead quality activities on construction sites in Italy and abroad.

You will review quality plans, ensure compliance, and supervise the QC processes for civil, mechanical, and electrical erection and commissioning, including subcontractor work. You will provide inductions, monitor NCRs, and drive improvements with completion and QA teams, reporting KPIs and participating in audits.

Competenze

• Technical/Engineering/Quality management education or degree.
• Experience in construction quality on site and with quality systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality framework and project quality plans.

• Review contractual and local site quality requirements and align with project QP.
• Provide site Quality Induction training to personnel on site.
• Ensure quality control processes, inspections, and testing during erection and commissioning.
