Competenze

Overview

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily activities on site, ensuring compliance with the schedule and technical standards. They will plan the work and manage execution times, monitoring progress and resolving any issues. They will manage site personnel, supervise teams of labourers, welders, pipe fitters, carpenters and mechanical fitters, optimising the allocation of resources. You will verify the correct execution of the work based on technical drawings, diagrams and specifications. You will collaborate with the Project Manager, the Technical Office and the client’s Works Management to ensure that the work is in line with the projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will manage the technical documentation for the construction site (reports, work reports, permits, lifting plans, etc.), verify supplies and stocks of materials and construction site equipment. You will guarantee the quality of the work and compliance with technical and contractual regulations.

Requirements
  • Technical diploma (mechanical, electrical or thermal engineering) or equivalent qualification.
  • Safety training courses (Supervisor, PES/PAV, site coordination).
  • At least 3 years’ previous experience as Site Manager or Site Technician, preferably in the plant engineering or metalworking sector.
  • Experience in managing contracts in sectors such as industrial piping, carpentry, mechanical/thermomechanical systems or industrial assembly.
  • Excellent knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the country.
