Your Tasks

You are directing and coordinating the work of various trade and construction workers. If you have a passion for renewable energy and want to make a real impact, this is your opportunity!

  • Directing and coordinating the work of various trades and construction workers, including internal and external (subcontractors) and assigning duties
  • Implementing and enforcing all safety policies, conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry safety standards
  • Ensuring that the finished construction work meets the project's specifications, quality standards, and client requirements
  • Overseeing the allocation of staff, machinery, and materials, and managing inventory to prevent shortages or delays
  • Liaising with clients, project managers, architects, and other professionals to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues
  • Preparing progress reports and in project related documentation
  • Support the Project Manager in preparing and updating budgets and planning
Your profile
  • Master’s degree in engineering or a comparable qualification. Electrical Engineering degree is a plus.
  • Must Have: professional experience and knowledge of PV construction/revamping/repowering project
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian (fluent) - English is a plus
  • Your skills: Communicative team player (m/f/d) with strong negotiation and good time management skills and the ability to interpret electrical/mechanical/civil technical drawings. Furthermore the ability to work on several projects simultaneously respecting deadlines under pressure
  • Willingness to travel
