A leading energy company in Italy is seeking a Site Manager to lead high-voltage service projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline goals. Ideal candidates have over 10 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a degree in Electrical Engineering or a technical diploma. Advanced English proficiency is essential, alongside a willingness to travel throughout Italy and abroad. This position plays a pivotal role in driving project success and contributing to sustainability efforts.

Competenze

• 10+ years’ experience in a similar role or as a Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of high/medium voltage electrical substations (CEI 11-27).
• Strong proficiency in advanced English communication.
• Willingness to travel 100% in Italy and abroad.

Mansioni

• Lead onsite project execution to meet timelines and budgets.
• Define and oversee onsite project organization.
• Manage and coordinate resources across the project team.
• Control technical and economic aspects with Project Engineer and Manager.
• Engage stakeholders and resolve issues swiftly.
• Prepare and manage EHS requirements for site activities.
