A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Site Manager for a project in Piedmont, Italy. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in site management within the photovoltaic industry and fluency in Italian. Responsibilities include project management, ensuring quality, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This role is freelance for 12 months starting in November/December 2025.

Competenze

• 3+ years Site Management experience in the technical engineering industry (Photovoltaic).
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
• Fluent in Italian.

Mansioni

• Manage the technical and commercial sides of projects.
• Ensure on-site quality control, construction, and logistics coordination.
• Act as the point of contact between suppliers, the internal team, and the customer.

About the Client

The client is a fast-growing innovator within the renewable industry. They are working in the Solar/BESS industry throughout Europe, operating in countries such as Italy & Germany.

You will be based from the Piedmont site.

Responsibilities

• Technical engineering background/experience (within the photovoltaic industry)
• Experience on both the technical and commercial side of projects
• Stakeholder management
• Ability to manage track production, including on-site quality control, construction, and logistics coordination.
• Experience managing time, quality and budget within projects
• Experience being the point of contact between suppliers, internal team and the customer

Requirements

• 3+ years Site Management experience in the technical engineering industry (Photovoltaic)
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings
• Fluent in Italian
