We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead maintenance and operations activities across a dynamic, service-oriented environment. The role involves overseeing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining compliance with safety and performance standards.

This position requires a strong leader capable of managing budgets, coordinating teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring maintenance and technical activities are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and support internal teams and external service providers in line with project schedules and quality objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and work schedules to meet technical and financial targets (KPIs).
  • Conduct team meetings, monitor activity indicators, and prepare performance reports.
  • Promote teamwork, handle conflict resolution, and foster a positive working environment.
  • Contribute to the optimization of maintenance operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support training and skill development of on-site personnel.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in site management, team coordination, and maintenance operations.
  • Proven leadership and organizational abilities with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and resource allocation in a technical or industrial setting.
  • Sound knowledge of safety regulations, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions under pressure.
  • Experience in staff training, performance evaluation, and team development is a plus.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
