Advanced English proficiency is essential, alongside a willingness to travel throughout Italy and abroad. This position plays a pivotal role in driving project success and contributing to sustainability efforts.

• In-depth knowledge of high/medium voltage electrical substations (CEI 11-27).
• Strong proficiency in advanced English communication.
• Willingness to travel 100% in Italy and abroad.

Join Siemens Energy as a Site Manager and take the lead in delivering excellence on our high‑voltage service projects – from retrofits and revamping to extensions and modernization of AIS and GIS systems. You’ll drive projects forward, ensuring they run to schedule, meet budget targets, and exceed customer expectations in quality and reliability. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead onsite project execution to meet agreed timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
• Define and oversee the onsite project organization to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage and coordinate resources, fostering strong collaboration across the project team.
• Control both the technical and economic aspects in partnership with the Project Engineer and Project Manager.
• Engage all stakeholders and, when necessary, elevate issues to secure swift resolution.
• Prepare and manage EHS requirements for safe site access and construction activities.

What You Bring

• 10+ years’ experience in a similar role or as a Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of high/medium voltage electrical substations (CEI 11-27).
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanics, or a technical high school diploma.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools.
• Advanced English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Strong negotiation skills to align project objectives with customer goals and ability to adapt to various plants and site environments, with empathetic, effective leadership.
• Willingness to travel 100% in Italy and abroad, if required.
